Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want every family to be happy with Orange Tutor. This policy explains cancellations and refunds and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Free trial

The free trial lesson is provided at no cost and requires no payment.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice are not charged.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, may be charged in full.
• If a tutor cancels, the session is rescheduled or credited at no cost.

4. Term packages

• Unused prepaid sessions may be refunded on request, less any discount received relative to the pay-as-you-go rate.
• Refund requests must be made in writing within the term the sessions were purchased for.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a paid session, let us know within 48 hours and we'll offer a free replacement session or a new tutor match.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us through our contact page.
