How schooling works in ACT
ACT schools teach the Australian Curriculum from Kindergarten to Year 10. In Years 11–12, students attend colleges and earn the ACT Senior Secondary Certificate, with an ATAR calculated from school-based assessment moderated by the AST (ACT Scaling Test).
