Free trial FAQs
How does online tutoring work?
Lessons happen live, 1-on-1, over video with an interactive whiteboard. Your child just needs a laptop or tablet with a camera and a stable internet connection.
Who are your tutors?
Our tutors are university-qualified, hold a Working With Children Check (or state equivalent), and are interviewed and trained before teaching. Many are qualified teachers or high-ATAR graduates in their subject.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. Your first session is free with no obligation and no payment details required.
Can we change tutors?
Of course. If the match isn't right, we'll find a new tutor at no cost.
What if we need to cancel a session?
Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. See our Refund Policy for details.
